Aconcagua South America's highest mountain
We
first climbed this mountain in 1987. Since then, we have climbed multiple
routes and explored every valley and ridge. We now offer non-technical
and technical ascents on four routes-The Northwest Ridge (The Normal Route),
The Polish Traverse and The Polish Direct, and in 2002, in search of new
and unexplored ways to get to the top, we opened a new route on the West
face, "The Flight of the Condor". All are physically demanding
adventures and involve all the complexities of expedition climbing.
Ski
South America
Ski Mountaineering is a great way to experience the mountains. The Argentinean
and Chilean Andes offer some wonderful skiing opportunities, taking you
away from the busy ski runs with long, exciting off-piste runs and scenic
tours over high passes and even to mountain summits. For our 4th season
of ski mountaineering we continue to offer a varied choice of venues,
covering the Central Andes and the Lake District of Argentina and Chile.
